What does Bunkpost cost me?

Nothing. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no per-booking charge — the software is free for your park, every feature included. The only per-transaction cost you'll see is Stripe's standard card processing fee, which goes to Stripe — the same fee you'd pay running your own card reader.

So how does Bunkpost make money?

Guests pay a flat $3 booking fee at checkout — three dollars whether it's a one-night tent site or a month in a cabin, shown as its own line before they pay. That's the whole business model: your park uses the software free, and the guest's $3 keeps the lights on. Never a percentage of anything.

What does the guest pay?

The price you set — your nightly rate plus your taxes — plus the flat $3 booking fee, disclosed as its own line before they pay. Never a percentage of the stay, never buried in the total.

Do you take a cut of my revenue?

No. Bunkpost makes money one simple way: the flat $3 the guest pays per booking. Never a percentage of your revenue, never a monthly bill to you. Guest payments are processed through Stripe Connect and paid out to your bank daily — the only other per-transaction cost is Stripe's processing fee.

What if I run more than one park?

Each property gets its own booking page, calendar, and Stripe connection — free, same as your first — and one login shows you a roll-up dashboard across all of them.

Is the camp store register extra? The map? The reports?

No. There is one plan and it includes everything on this page — the store register, the interactive map, reports, long-term stays, all of it. We don't sell modules.
